ok well here is how you make jutsu's just follow the format
Name: (of jutsu) Chakara cost: (How much chakara does it take to use it) Rank: (like must be atleast a Gennin or what ever to use this jutsu) Ability: (like what does it do example: heals Ninja points of what ever) Damage: (how much does it do to your opponent)
and thats all it is to it If the Jutsu is approved it will be in the Jutsu shop so be sure to buy it
